Refund Policy

At Hirelan.com, we aim to deliver high-quality digital marketing and IT services with transparency and professionalism. However, due to the nature of our work, certain refund conditions apply.

1. Project-Based Refunds

  • Once a project has been initiated with client approval, refunds are not applicable for completed or ongoing work.
  • If a client cancels a project before work has started, a partial refund may be provided after deducting administrative or resource allocation costs.

2. Digital Marketing Services

Due to the involvement of third-party platforms (Google, Meta, etc.), no refunds are issued once campaigns are live or ads have been executed.
Clients may pause or adjust future campaigns with written notice.

3. Design & Development Services

Refunds are not issued once design or development work has commenced. However, if the project has not yet started, a maximum of 50% refund may be considered based on the circumstances.

4. Subscription or Retainer Services

For monthly or recurring plans (e.g., SEO, social media, or ad management):

  • Clients can cancel subscriptions before the next billing cycle.
  • No refunds are issued for ongoing or completed months.

5. Payment Disputes

In case of a billing error or duplicate payment, clients must inform us within 7 business days at support@hirelan.com for resolution. Verified overpayments will be refunded within 10 working days.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing and advertising results depend on multiple external factors. Hirelan.com does not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., sales, leads, rankings) and refunds cannot be requested based on performance expectations.
