Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy describes how customers and vendors may cancel orders, subscriptions, and recurring billing on Hirelan. Refund eligibility after cancellation is governed by our Refund Policy.

1. Subscription cancellation

  • You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account dashboard (where available) or by emailing support@hirelan.com.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals. Access typically continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless a refund is approved under the Refund Policy.
  • Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period if premium features have already been used.

2. One-time digital purchases

One-time purchases (for example, individual lead packs or add-ons) cannot be cancelled after the digital product has been delivered or consumed. If delivery has not started, contact support immediately with your payment ID.

3. Project / vendor service cancellations

Agreements for professional work between a customer and a vendor are between those parties. Hirelan may help mediate Platform-related disputes but cancellation of offline work, site visits, or custom deliverables must be resolved under the vendor–customer arrangement. Platform convenience fees already paid may be non-refundable once processing has begun.

4. How to cancel

  1. Sign in to your Hirelan account and use the subscription / billing controls if shown; or
  2. Email support@hirelan.com with registered phone/email, plan name, and reason; or
  3. Use the Contact form.

We confirm cancellations within 2 business days.

5. Hirelan-initiated cancellation

We may cancel or suspend orders or accounts for fraud, chargebacks, Terms violations, illegal activity, or payment-gateway compliance requirements. In such cases, refunds are discretionary and may be withheld where required by law or risk policy.
